ThirdSpace Theatre presents

If I Told You Once & The Birds

Sunday 12th July 2:30pm
Sunday 12th July 4:50pm

Stories keep us alive, helping us escape, whether they’re folklore from around the world or mythical tales of a perfect city in the sky.

In If I Told You Once, a girl, who is critically ill in bed, is kept alive by those beside her, with tales from Ukraine, North and Central Africa, the Middle East, and more, making sure that hope is whispered in her ears.

In The Birds, two men want to leave the confines of their oppressive society. They dream of a new home and plan to fly there, on a wing and a prayer. Will the perfect city be waiting for them, or will they fly too close to the sun?

ThirdSpace Theatre’s young performers share these incredible tales, which are sure to inspire and entrance. Based off folktales from around the world and the brilliant comedy by Aristophanes, these young actors will entertain and enthrall audiences in this brilliant outdoor event.
