What is a concession?
The following may buy tickets at a concessionary rate – please be prepared to show proof of concession if it is requested at the gate:
- Over 60s • Under 16s • Unemployed • Students with an NUS card • People with a disability
- Children under the age of 2 are considered ‘Babes in Arms’ and are not required to have a ticket, unless the performance is specifically designed for early years audiences. 2017 Season shows designed for early years audiences include ‘Rainy Day Bear’s Adventure’, ‘The Smartest Giant in Town’ and ‘The Princess and the Pig’.
WHO CAN HAVE A FREE (COMPLIMENTARY) TICKET?
The following people may be entitled to free tickets (subject to availability); these must be arranged in advance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
- People with a Disability requiring assistance may have 1 x complimentary ticket for their personal assistant.
- Volunteer Stewards; on completion of training BOAT Stewards may have 1 x free ticket in return for every BOAT steward shift they complete.
