‘HELPING TO SUPPORT ADRIAN’S LEGACY’
A HUGE THANK YOU
The team at Boat would like to say a massive thank you to the local businesses and volunteers that have sponsored and offered their support to BOAT for the 2018 season. Without your help it simply wouldn’t be possible to manage, run, develop and improve the BOAT, the theatre, its surroundings and the entire outdoor experience.
We are still a young theatre and are working hard to develop and to make BOAT the best it can be we need to be able to invest into the site, the people and the facilities. This is what your help and support is used for. ‘Keeping Adrian’s legacy alive’

EMC is a multi-award-winning corporate finance and business management firm unique in the South East in offering highly acclaimed dealmaking expertise alongside Board-level interim management and business advisory services.
It was formed in 1989 by one of the region’s best-known and highly regarded business leaders, Nik Askaroff, who still leads the firm as its CEO.
Nik is the leading corporate financier in the region having won Insider South East’s prestigious ‘Dealmaker of the Year’ title in 2015, 2016 and 2017. He has personally completed well over 100 corporate transactions and acted on some of the highest profile deals in the region.
He is supported by a team of highly experienced dealmakers who have practised corporate finance at a partner level in the accountancy profession, director level in the banking sector, or as principals in their own businesses. They’ve all had direct responsibility for handling business disposals and acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions.
Operating alongside them out of the firm’s offices in Sussex, Surrey, Kent and London is a ‘mobile boardroom’ of interim managers covering all the commercial areas – strategy, finance, accounting systems, strategic IT management, sales, marketing, property and facilities management, production, and business growth – as well as general management, non-executive directorship and chairman roles.
They work on a part-time or project basis and represent a totally flexible and cost-effective solution to almost any temporary senior management employment problem. They give smaller companies access to a wide range of management skills and expertise without the need for full-time employment. They also provide owner/managers with a reliable, independent sounding board.
